I would not have been able to do my day without her. She read the room on what needed to be done before anyone could even question it.. and we had a room of 14 people. She was prepared for everything. Holly supported us through logistics of our rehearsal, organized items we didn't even think about (and I'm planner extraordinaire), supporting logistics between my wedding party and Disney, ensured our hotel room/ceremony space/and reception were all up to par. She has such a calm and caring soul and it shows through the support she provides. I was so lucky to have her support my magical day, and you deserve her and her team as well.

Handled by Holly was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding. Lindsay and Skyler were my wing women on our wedding day and I couldn't have done it without them! On our wedding day it POURED all day and these girls were so prepared and took away a lot of the stress I had. I am pretty sure everyone's clothes are still drying out, but the rain did not phase them one bit!!! From getting tons of videos and photos from behind the scenes, getting breakfast/coffee for my bridesmaids and me, ensuring our reception space was prepared, attending our rehearsal, ensuring our hotel room had our luggage and was ready for us after the wedding, to steaming my bridesmaids dresses- and countless other tasks, they did not miss one detail. I cannot thank you enough and we are so thankful for you! I HIGHLY recommend HBH for any event/wedding you have!

Where do I begin? Holly and her team was recommended to us by our officiant, and I’m so glad we listened! Holly and Lindsay made our day so special and stress-free. From picking up coffee and breakfast to handling finishing touches on our ceremony and dessert party set-up, I can honestly say there’s no way our wedding could’ve happened without them. Holly’s knowledge of Disney weddings put our minds at ease as she knew exactly how to push through the day timely and effortlessly. Her and her team had the best attitude that made you feel warm and cared for. I would hire her again and again if I could!

We are so grateful for Holly and her team. The venue as well as the caterer told us that we did not need to have an additional coordinator because it was included in our catering package. Boy were they wrong! There is zero chance that they could have dealt with everything that Holly and her team did! From fixing damaged mirror decals, wrangling a wandering MOB, to individually cutting an inch off of every taper candle to meet venue standards so we could have real flame candles, Holly's team handled it all. Anything that didn't go as planned was already resolved before we even knew there was an issue. We knew from the first moment we spoke to Holly that she would bring our dream to reality and we cannot thank her and her team enough! Thank you!

If there was a ten star option to select, Holly would defiantly get all ten stars. My review is based off of 100% of Hollys attitude, performance and professionalism.
I did not know Holly before calling her in dire need to help me plan my Wedding day. Words alone can not explain to you how honored I am and was to have this wonderful women to coordinate my day.
In the beginning I was that Bride that said "I don't need a wedding planner, I can do this on my own to save money". Boy was I so wrong WHAT was I thinking!!!!!! It got so crazy trying to juggle work, home life, trying to find all the right decorations, coordinate all the vendors and I was running out of time.
The wedding venue owner gave me Holly's information. I contacted Holly one month out from my wedding day. Not giving her much time at all. When I called Holly she was eager to help me right off the bat, with no hesitation. She coordinated with all the vendors, made times lines, decorated the venue, and made sure I had everything I need for our special day. . I have to say she was absolutely amazing to work with.
Marrying my husband was the best day ever thanks to Holly. She honestly made my day stress free and allowed me to enjoy every moment with family and friends.
If you are looking for a professional, organized, great communication skilled person with Integrity, and just a all around genuine personality then Holly is the person you want coordinating your special day.
Paying the extra money for how hard this lady works is so worth it. I wish she would had been the first person on my list to contact.

​We were so lucky to have Holly Hungerford and her team help us plan and execute our wedding! We cannot recommend them highly enough. Our wedding had to be planned twice because our original wedding venue was destroyed in Hurricane Ian. Holly and her team came through ten-fold! We didn't have to change our day and time despite changing the venue. We also made a last minute switch to move the reception inside due to unseasonably cold weather, which required a huge logistical effort that Holly helped spearhead. We relied on Holly and her team for everything we needed, every step of the way -- most importantly in the hours and days leading up to the event itself. They were incredibly available and responsive over text, phone and email as needed -- which was important because we planned the entire wedding remotely. Holly operates with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm for her work. She did a superb job coordinating with our venue, catering, band and other contractors. She was also extremely welcoming towards our entire large families and learned everyone's names. She does all the big things and little things the right way. She also has great taste and fun personality to boot. We recommend Holly and her team very highly.
