Your planner coordinates rehearsals, vendors, and unlimited meetings, handling everything from vendor research to budget management and monthly checklists. They provide personal touches like behind-the-scenes photos, delivery of welcome baskets, and assistance for out-of-town guests. On the day, they manage decor setup, vendor coordination, and handle emergencies, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With their support, you can relax and enjoy your special day knowing every detail is taken care of.

This package includes a day-of coordinator and a full team to serve you on your big day. You'll have unlimited communication with your planner, who will create and manage your wedding day timeline, plan and pick up breakfast or lunch, and coordinate all vendors and team members. We'll handle any issues and troubleshooting as needed. With two assistants for decor and ceremony setup, our planning assistance extends up to 6 months before the wedding, including vendor referrals, screening, and planner attendance at meetings. We'll create ceremony and reception layouts, capture and share behind-the-scenes photos and videos, and provide a custom wedding database to keep everything organized.

This is your bestie with a side of boss babe! Starting 60 days before your big day, we ensure you're organized for a unique celebration. Tasks include unlimited pre-day communication, creating and managing your wedding timeline, arranging meals, and overseeing venue logistics from start to finish. We coordinate all vendors and manage emergencies, handle bridal party errands, and attend rehearsals. You'll also get two meetings, unlimited communication, behind-the-scenes photos and videos, and access to a personalized wedding database.
BRIDAL ASSISTANT
The favorite purchase of your day! Serving as your personal assistant and bridal liasion.
Your bridal assistant ensures your wedding day runs smoothly. She handles everything from tending to your needs and those of your wedding party and guests, to setting up personal decor like the card box and cake topper. Services include lunch and coffee runs, assisting during the getting ready process, and transporting gifts at the end of the night. She also keeps an eye on the bridal party, bustles your dress, and helps you stay present and peaceful throughout the day. Behind-the-scenes photos and videos are provided, and you receive access to a custom wedding database.
